Greek Grilling Spice is ideal for marinating; mix 1 part spice with 2 parts olive oil and coat pieces of meat prior to grilling or frying. On roasts such as a leg of lamb, re-apply several times during cooking. The flavours are especially well suited to grilling lamb, but also magnificent on other grilled meats and vegetables. Contains salt, but depending on use, you may add more to taste.
